The Animal Friends Rescue Project Treasure Shop, 154 17th St. (Between Lighthouse and Central), Pacific
Grove, is celebrating its first year of operation with a monthlong celebration for the holidays featuring
designer clothing, a collection of vintage Schreiner jewelry, collectibles, antiques, books, toys and more. Half
price sales on selected items throughout the month of December. The store raises funds for AFRP, a
nonprofit animal rescue organization dedicated to finding good, permanent loving homes for stray,
abandoned and abused cats and dogs. Hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and through
